Who We Are Dear Friends, Welcome to the Church of Truth. Whether you have come to us as a visitor or found us by some other means, we want you to feel our welcome. We welcome you for yourself, for your life’s journey and the creative energies you bring. This web site is your opportunity to learn more about us and to see if you would like to spend time in our company. The Church of Truth is a Christian Metaphysical Light Center embracing the deeper Teachings of Christ and the Ageless Wisdom of both Eastern and Western traditions. As such, we do not teach from dogma, but rather from the heart of experience. The Lighted Way of The Christ is a two-fold path. The Way of Metaphysics is the Path of the Mind. Through the understanding, practice and demonstration of Truth Principles, together with the Laws of Mind, we establish within us the Power of Christ Consciousness to heal the appearances of poverty, disease, lack of limitation. The Way of Mysticism is the Path of the Heart. Through daily practice of devotion, meditation, contemplation and virtuous living, we open and prepare ourselves for the Baptism of Fire, that direct experience of God which illumines and reveals the Splendor of Christ within us. Both the Metaphysical and Mystical Paths are indispensable in leading us from the unreal to the REAL! Jesus Christ, the greatest of healers, metaphysicians and mystics, revealed and demonstrated in full view of all humanity, the perfect embodiment of Christ Consciousness. We believe he is the highest, truest and purest exemplar of that Spirit of Life which. throughout the ages, God has been pressing out of the human condition until at last, it expressed in one person and is destined to express in all humanity. No one else has given a message and a living, public example which fills and thrills as his message does. He teaches that humanity, while in that high state of Christ Consciousness, is unhurt able, sinless, sick-less, deathless, eternal . . .. the scintillating, glorious expression of God in human form. It is our task to find that Kernel of Truth that he knew and demonstrated so perfectly. He offered the Key that would unlock every human prison, not to a special few, but to all of us when he said, "Know ye not that ye are gods?" and "These things that I do so can you do and even greater!" The disciples and followers of Christ, for some 300 years after his ascension, fulfilled that promise. Through the establishment of Christ Consciousness within themselves, they reproduced every one of the wonder works of Jesus. Over the centuries, the church misplaced this Key, but the Key is not lost! There is a way to find the freedom that Christ so boldly and gloriously exemplifies . . . the only way God has ever devised for that freedom to be found – through a Knowledge of The Truth. There is only one way, one Key, and that is the Way of the Within. We all have it. To those who seek and attain this Consciousness, all limitations will disappear before that miraculous thing that Jesus called The Truth: "Ye shall know the Truth and The Truth shall make you free." Time and again we hear of the tremendous joy of those who have found us and are glad to call this church their spiritual home. As more people are being touched by the Spirit of Truth to delve deeply into that Inner Ocean of God, we are here to lovingly serve them. We provide a safe haven for like-minded, open-hearted Truth Seekers and we provide the spiritual stimulation by which this Inner Revelation may come forth. Your personal path can be greatly enhanced and strengthened by treading the Lighted Way with the spiritual family of The Church of Truth. Welcome to The Church of Truth!
